We have been asked many times to diversify our offer so that there’s not only a cheaper but also a more basic bundle available. We hear you loud and clear. This however, is proven difficult but I think we did manage to pull it off pretty well. The new pricing page can be seen here.
Before I go describing each of the bundles, I’ll point out some of the important changes for the existing clients. First of all, please note, once again, that your access to whatever you purchased is all secure and well. What might be confusing are some of the naming changes we are introducing.
If you purchased PeepSo Ultimate Bundle – the one containing only plugins, it’s been renamed to: PeepSo Ultimate Bundle – Legacy No Theme Access. You will have access to downloads, updates, upgrades, plugins we’ll release in the future and support for as long as you have an active license. However, should your subscription expire or be cancelled you’ll need to purchase one of the bundles from the available offer. It can’t be renewed.
If you purchased PeepSo Ultimate & Gecko Theme Bundle please note that it’s been renamed to: PeepSo Ultimate Bundle. Nothing else changes except for the name of it. You still have access to Gecko Theme and all. Details are described below.
Let’s go over each of the options just to make sure we’re all on the same page. All Bundles as well as Gecko Theme come with a year long license and a yearly subscription.
PeepSo Basic Bundle
This bundle comes with bare essentials to get Your Community going. It includes: Chat, Groups, Friends and Photos plugins from the Core plugins category. This bundle also comes with Gecko Theme. Technical Support for this bundle is provided for 2 weeks from the date of purchase Monday to Friday. Weekend support is not included. However, you have unlimited access to downloads, updates or upgrades as long as you have an active license. It’s a cheaper option for those who don’t really need our support that much. The 1 site license is the only one available.
At any point you can upgrade to either PeepSo Starter Bundle or even PeepSo Ultimate Bundle. Upgrade cost is prorated with the exception of 100 sites license. That means you can upgrade and just pay the difference between the bundle options and we’ll be taking into consideration how much time already passed on the license so the upgrade cost will be lower.
PeepSo Starter Bundle
This is definitely a great option for people who want to have a smaller community without the bells and whistles like Monetization or Integration plugins. With access to all Core and Extras plugins, that’s 11 premium plugins, you’ll be able to run a successful community that has a bit more flair to it. Gecko Theme is also included in this bundle. Unlimited access to downloads, updates or upgrades as long as you have an active license. Technical Support is provided from Monday to Friday as long as you have an active license. You can pick between 1, 5, 20 or 100 site licenses from the pricing page.
At any point you can upgrade your license to support more sites or even go for a PeepSo Ultimate Bundle upgrade. Upgrade cost is prorated with the exception of 100 sites license. PeepSo Ultimate Bundle
This is definitely a starting point you can be proud of. Comes with all the bells and whistles. It includes all of the available plugins and Gecko Theme that we have in our offer. It also includes instant access to all new plugins that we’ll release in the future as long as you have an active license. Unlimited access to downloads, updates or upgrades as long as you have an active license. Technical Support is provided from Monday to Friday and it also comes with limited support on the weekends as long as you have an active license. You can pick between 1, 5, 20 or 100 site licenses from the pricing page.
If you ever feel you need to upgrade your license to support more sites, you’re able to do so at any point. Upgrade cost is prorated with the exception of 100 sites license. Gecko Theme
Our theme is already included in all of the above bundles. However, should you need to get only the theme it’s available. It comes with downloads, updates and upgrades as long as you have an active license. Support is provided from Monday to Friday. You have an option to pick between 1, 5, 20 or 100 site licenses.
