Usage Terms

You have access to downloads, upgrades and updates as long as you have an active license. Technical Support is subject to the Support Policy, including but not limited to the lack of dedicated support for expired licenses or free products.

Purchased license variation determines the amount of websites you can run PeepSo on.

Modification of Software Produced by PeepSo, Inc.

You are allowed to make changes to the code. However, we will not support modified code. Should you need to have some modifications, contact us beforehand so we can at least advise on the best course of action so you can safely maintain access to our Technical Support.

Expired Licenses

No matter the plan you are using, when your license expires you will no longer have access to Downloads, Technical Support, Updates or Upgrades. You will also be unable to add/remove/change supported domains assigned to your license key.

For long term plans (1 year and 5 years), from January 1st 2023 our licensing system will automatically DISABLE any license that is expired for longer than 1 month. This means, our plugins will only work with an expired license for no longer than one month.

This change is implemented in order to enforce staying up to date with the latest versions of our software. Older, outdated versions might be risky to use.

Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to completely revoke access to PeepSo.com site, account, licenses, downloads, updates, upgrades and / or Technical Support to anyone who tries to abuse our staff and / or services.

Any and all purchased license keys are bound to the purchase account and are non-transferable under any circumstances.

This policy is subject to change at any time, without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing this policy on a regular basis.
