New notifications for Almighty Support integration and more.

Almighty Support Notifications Link

Almighty Support recently added a new feature where creating a ticket, any Staff member (agent, manager, administrator) can now click the “client” field to change the Client the Ticket is being opened for. So for a phone-in tickets or any other form of communication coming into your company, your representatives are able to open tickets on clients’ behalf. That functionality had to have its corresponding notifications added in PeepSo – Almighty Support integration.

BadgeOS

BadgeOS integration got new triggers so your gamification can progress even further. New triggers include: sharing posts, liking posts, liking posts in groups, commenting on posts in groups.

What Else Is New?

We also made sure that the entire PeepSo plugins suite is compatible with the latest Woo 8.4. As always, for the full list of changes, take a look at our changelog.
