If you find your stream or notification being cluttered by a single page, instead of leaving the Page, you can simply unfollow, or opt-out from receiving email notifications.

There are three (3) options available:

1. Follow – this will show all the posts from the page in activity stream
2. Be notified – Onsite notifications for activities within the page will be sent to user
3. Receive e-mails – Email notifications will be sent to user regarding page activities
